Terms of Rental Services

 

  1. Location: We are located in Frederick MD, and proudly serve customers in the surrounding areas.

 

  1. Rental Process: To rent our products, simply browse our inventory on our website or Call us to make your reservation, Choose the items you wish to rent and proceed with the booking process.

 

  1. Delivery Options: We offer convenient delivery options to our customers. If you prefer delivery, please leave us a note during the booking process, specifying your preferred delivery address and any relevant instructions. Additional fees apply based on the delivery distance and the items rented.

 

  1. Rental Duration: The rental duration begins on the day before agreed-upon pick-up or delivery date and ends on a day after your event. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges.

 

  1. Rental Fees: Rental fees are calculated based on the item(s) rented and the duration of the rental period. We strive to provide competitive and fair pricing for our rental services.

 

  1. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies depending on the item(s) rented.

 

  1. Care and Responsibility: Renters are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented items during the rental period. Any damage or loss caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the provided instructions may result in additional charges.

 

  1. Returns: Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Late returns may be subject to additional charges. Please ensure that all rented items are clean and ready for return.

 

  1. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our rental items, we cannot be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the rental period.

     

       10.The rental fees will be paid in full to Bundles Party Decorations, LLC at the time of pick up, If a cancellation occurs after 7 days of booking  the Client will lost the deposit.
