Bundles Party Decorations, LLC will rent the listed supplies for your event. The rental period includes one (1) day prior to the event and one (1) day after the event.
Late Returns
If any equipment is returned late, the Client will be charged the daily rental rate of the equipment for each additional day it is late.
Condition of Supplies
Bundles Party Decorations, LLC guarantees that all supplies are free from defect at the time of rental. The Client accepts full responsibility for any damage to, or injury caused by, the use of the supplies.
Damage, Loss, or Excessive Cleaning
If any supplies are returned damaged or excessively dirty, the Client will be charged the full replacement or cleaning cost.
The Client will also be charged the full replacement cost of any item that is lost or not returned.
Payment & Cancellation
All charges must be paid in full to Bundles Party Decorations, LLC prior to pick-up or delivery.
If the Client cancels after signing the contract, the deposit will be forfeited.

Período de Arrendamiento
El arrendamiento de los artículos incluye un (1) día antes y un (1) día después del evento.
Devoluciones Tardías
Si el equipo no se devuelve en la fecha acordada, el Cliente pagará un cargo equivalente al costo de arrendamiento diario de cada artículo, por cada día adicional de retraso.
Condiciones y Responsabilidad
Bundles Party Decorations, LLC garantiza que todos los artículos se entregan en buen estado. El Cliente asume toda responsabilidad por daños, pérdidas o lesiones ocasionadas por el uso de los mismos.
Daños, Pérdida o Limpieza Excesiva
Si algún artículo se devuelve dañado o excesivamente sucio, el Cliente pagará el costo total de reparación, reemplazo o limpieza.
Todo artículo perdido o no devuelto será cobrado al valor de reposición.
Pagos y Cancelaciones
Todos los cargos deben liquidarse en su totalidad antes de la entrega o recogida.
En caso de cancelación después de firmado el contrato, el depósito no será reembolsable.
